Brendan joined the firm from the conduct and discipline team at Chartered Accountants ANZ and utilises this professional experience in providing clients with clear advice on legal costs issues.

He has recently assisted the team in calculating allowable lump sum costs in a defamation case with costs exceeding $2.5 million and prepares advice to clients on projected outcomes across a range of assessments. In addition to this, he has experience in drawing Bills of Costs pursuant to scale in the Federal Court, Victoria and the ACT.

Brendan completed his undergraduate degrees in both a Bachelor of Law, and a Bachelor of Media and Communications at Macquarie University. He is due to commence his Practical Legal Training in the coming months.

Outside of work, Brendan can be found on the golf course or cricket pitch, and he enjoys catching up with his friends.
