Ana is an experienced legal professional with over nine years of international practice in labour, corporate, family, and intellectual property law. She is admitted to practise law in Ecuador, where she worked at one of the country’s most prominent law firms, providing strategic legal advice and representation in both administrative and judicial matters, particularly in employment and labour law.

At Rose Lawyers, Ana supports the team with legal cost assessments, court documentation, and coordination with clients. She is known for her attention to detail, methodical approach, and strong communication skills. Ana consistently delivers high-quality client service, efficiently managing complex legal matters with professionalism and care.

Ana speaks both Spanish and English, and brings a unique bilingual perspective to her work, helping her connect with clients and colleagues across cultures.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidad de las Americas in Quito, Ecuador, and a Diploma in Labour Law. Ana is currently building her legal career in Australia and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys long-distance running, playing tennis, following Formula 1, and spending time with her family, friends, and her chocolate Labrador Chulpi.
