Kieran specialises in costs disputes arising out of jurisdictions with scales of costs, including Victoria, Queensland and the Federal Court.

Prior to joining Rose Legal Costing, Kieran worked in a law firm specialising in financial services law, incidentally dealing with matters relating to other areas of law including insurance and defamation.
Kieran’s key achievements at the firm include:

– Assisting in a Supreme Court appeal under s 89 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act involving esoteric legal costs principles.

– Drafting a Bill of Costs in a clinical negligence matter totalling more than $1 million.

In his spare time, Kieran enjoys cricket, the beach, reading, and spending time with his friends and family. He follows Arsenal FC and the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
