Martina Ludvigova

Head of Client Services & Practice Innovation

Martina is a senior legal innovation professional and admitted lawyer with over 15 years of experience across legal practice, strategy, and technology.

She is passionate about transforming how legal services are delivered — whether that’s through smarter workflows, better use of data, or simply making the client experience more human. At Rose Legal, she thrives on conversations with clients, ensuring our solutions are empathetic, elegant, and compliant.

Before joining Rose Legal, Martina spent seven years as Head of Innovation and Strategic Engagement at the Law Society of New South Wales, where she spearheaded the Future of Law and Innovation in the Profession (FLIP) program. Her work supported legal professionals through waves of technological disruption, helping them embrace change while remaining secure and ethically compliant.

She also worked at a top-tier law firm, where she explored and implemented AI tools to support legal and business teams in adopting new technologies.

Martina holds a Master of International Business & Law, a Diploma in Law, a Bachelor of Business Studies, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016. In addition to her legal qualifications, she has completed innovation programs at Harvard Business School and Suffolk University.

When not designing client-centric solutions, Martina can be found in her garden, on the water, or in a Pilates class, where she insists she’s “just thinking about strategy.”
